Our purchasing, we don’t do the automatic renewal so please submit new purchase when you would like to prolong your viewing.

For internet, 3G, 4G, Wifi decreasing speed/interrupted may effected your online video playback quality or even been interrupted your playback.

In case of DDeClass application stop running and you cannot view the online video, the time will not be counted to your purchase. We’ll recover for viewing within 24 hours of our office hour.
